All deficiencies are conveniently written in bold and numbered in sequence. A summary page at the end of the report conveniently lists all conditions requiring attention, so it is not necessary to boggle through the entire report to locate reported deficiencies. Photographs of the deficiencies are also found on the summary pages.
The deficiencies are then grouped into three main categories:
- Primary deficiencies in the areas of structure and major systems (Electrical, Plumbing, Heating/Air Conditioning, Roofing, and Mechanical Fixtures not working at the time of the inspection.)
- Deficiencies including workmanship, general and preventative maintenance, and recommendations. This area also includes possible liability hazards.
- Deficiencies in energy conservation and environmental concerns.
There is also a fourth sub section listing all items that could not be checked at the time of the inspection. Items listed in this area can be checked during Pro-Tech’s final inspection for no additional charge.
